What happens after you call

   We talk through the site

   Where it is, what is on it now, and what you want to end up with. If there is a civil set, send it. Five minutes on the phone usually settles the scope.

2. 02

   We walk the site

   Free across Moore and the OKC metro. A bid priced off a photo is a guess; priced off the plans and a site walk it is a number.

3. 03

   You get a written bid

   Line by line: demolition, earthwork, storm sewer and subgrade spelled out, with no hidden add-ons at invoice time.

4. 04

   We schedule the iron

   We run our own excavators, dozers and skid steers, so the start date is a scheduling decision rather than a rental-yard problem.

What to have ready

None of this is required to call, but it makes the first conversation faster: the site address, the civil and grading plans if there are any, the geotechnical report, whether anything has to come out first (an old building, a slab, a parking lot, trees), and your target start date.

Grading, drainage and right-of-way permits run through the city the site sits in, and ODOT covers access off state highways. Tell us the address and we will tell you which one applies.
