What We Do

Excavation & Site Work Services in the OKC Metro

From tearing out the old lot to handing over paving-ready subgrade, every service is run by the same crew on our own equipment.

Five site work services, one crew

Everything below is run by our own crew on our own iron. Most commercial jobs pull from more than one: an old lot gets demolished, the site gets cut and filled, storm sewer goes in, and the subgrade is built for paving. Doing all of it with one crew is how the schedule holds. Not sure which heading your project sits under? Send the plans or describe the site and we will scope it.

How a commercial site comes together

On a typical OKC metro redevelopment, the five services run in this order, and one crew carrying all of them is what keeps the schedule tight.

  1. 01

    Commercial demolition

The old building, slab and parking lot come out and get hauled, so nothing old is buried under the new site.

  2. 02

    Land clearing

On wooded or overgrown ground, trees, brush and stumps come out of the building area first.

  3. 03

    Earthwork and rough grading

The site is cut and filled to the grading plan, balancing dirt on site wherever the plan allows.

  4. 04

    Storm sewer installation

Pipe, inlets and junction boxes go in to plan grade, sealed, grouted and backfilled in lifts.

  5. 05

    Subgrade preparation

The pad and paving subgrade are built in lifts at the right moisture and handed to the testing lab and the paving crew.
